    About the role
Do you want to work close to the business and turn AI into real impact? Nord-Lock Group is looking for a Group AI Adoption Lead based at our Head Office in Gothenburg – a role for someone with a few years of experience in management consulting, digital transformation, and IT projects who is ready to take the next step in driving AI initiatives.

We are now accelerating our journey into artificial intelligence, with a strong focus on responsible and value-creating use.

In this role, you will combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You will drive AI adoption across the organization, support teams in applying AI in their daily work, and coordinate initiatives that create tangible business value. At the same time, you will contribute to building structure, governance, and long-term direction.

The role is based in Gothenburg and reports to the Head of Strategy & M&A. Some travel is expected.

    Key responsibilities:

    • Drive AI adoption across the organization through training, support, and inspiration
    • Build and facilitate a global AI community to enable knowledge sharing and learning
    • Identify and initiate AI use cases, and support teams in testing and implementing solutions
    • Coordinate ongoing AI initiatives, ensuring alignment, prioritization, and progress
    • Contribute to AI strategy, governance, and roadmap together with IT and leadership
    • Translate complex AI concepts into clear, business-relevant insights and opportunities

    About you
You likely have a few years of experience from management consulting, digital transformation, and IT project environments, and are motivated by applying AI in a practical, business-driven context.

You are comfortable working at the intersection of technology and business and enjoy driving change in collaboration with others.

    We believe you have:

    • A degree in IT, Data/Analytics, Engineering, Business, or a related field
    • 2–4 years of relevant experience, preferably from consulting or similar roles
    • A strong interest in AI and machine learning, and how it can be applied in organizations
    • Experience in driving projects or change initiatives in complex environments
    • The ability to communicate clearly and effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
    • A structured and analytical mindset combined with curiosity and initiative

It is a plus if you:

    • Have experimented with or built AI solutions, prototypes, or agentic flows
    • Have experience working close to the business with a focus on value creation and prioritization
    • Are comfortable influencing without formal authority and creating engagement across teams
    • As a person, you are collaborative, pragmatic, and proactive. You enjoy navigating ambiguity and can balance structure with momentum.

    We offer
At Nord-Lock Group, you will join a global industrial company where innovation, engineering excellence, and sustainability are at the core. You will be part of a knowledgeable organization with short decision paths and strong collaboration across functions.

    In this role, you will:

    • Help shape how AI is applied across a global organization
    • Work closely with both leadership and operational teams on strategic and hands-on initiatives
    • Develop your skills within AI, change management, and business development
    • Be part of an inclusive culture where different perspectives are valued
